Our company is looking for a Customer Accounts Support to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain contact with existing customers and attend review meetings to promote and retain customers;
  • Respond to all enquires from potential customers promptly;
  • Maintain and develop a working understanding of your own services, products and new service packs;
  • Provide thorough information, initial estimates for new and existing customers;
  • Follow up action points from existing customer review meetings;
  • Plan and attend sales meetings for new and existing customers;
  • Assist in organising company prospect events.

Requirements:

  • Previously worked within a finance/accounting role;
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service;
  • Ability to manage difficult situations well, focusing on a positive outcome;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels essential;
  • Accounting Qualification is essential. (AAT Level 2 or above (Ideally Level 3 or above).
