Responsibilities:
- Maintain contact with existing customers and attend review meetings to promote and retain customers;
- Respond to all enquires from potential customers promptly;
- Maintain and develop a working understanding of your own services, products and new service packs;
- Provide thorough information, initial estimates for new and existing customers;
- Follow up action points from existing customer review meetings;
- Plan and attend sales meetings for new and existing customers;
- Assist in organising company prospect events.
Requirements:
- Previously worked within a finance/accounting role;
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service;
- Ability to manage difficult situations well, focusing on a positive outcome;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to communicate well at all levels essential;
- Accounting Qualification is essential. (AAT Level 2 or above (Ideally Level 3 or above).
