Our company is looking for a Customer Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high standard of customer service;
  • Assist with handling documents for customer deliveries;
  • Proactively support customers with more convenient ways to bank with Lloyds and make referrals to the right colleague, partner or channel;
  • Discussing the best options for members and advising on different products to suit their needs;
  • Proactively identify issues arising and contribute to resolution;
  • Sending letters and emails;
  • Updating CMS (Case Management System) with notes and tracking calls;
  • Help customers to grow their business by taking full ownership of their requirements;
  • Efficiently plan and manage own workload, resources and time to maximise efficiency;
  • Send appointment reminders to customers;
  • Cancel appointments when necessary;
  • To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required, including attending shows and exhibitions;
  • To update and maintain internal systems, including activity logging and client account information;
  • ensuring all customer requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively (all customer banking enquires over the phone);
  • Processing documentation, data and information accurately and efficiently, within the agreed SLA, targets and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Thorough, with good record keeping skills;
  • Conscientious with the tenacity and resolve to see things through;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office – intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook and internet/intranet capabilities) and work management databases;
  • Articulate and good at explaining things;
  • Excellent administration skills;
  • Understanding of the tRIIO Data Protection Policy;
  • Basic knowledge of the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation;
  • Good written communication skills;
  • Excellent telephone manner;
  • Organised and Punctual;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Able to thrive under pressure, multi-task and prioritise workload.
