Our company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Searching the database for information;
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times;
  • Champion customers internally by responding to their queries and issues as quickly as possible, with the aim to resolve their query on the 1st contact;
  • Ad hoc duties as required;
  • Live chat and sales initiatives;
  • Adhere to CSA and business code of conduct at all times;
  • Understand and adhere to the company and department standards, policies and procedures;
  • Adhere to the Competence and Training procedures, in particular, to promote a culture where customers are treated fairly and are properly informed;
  • Adhere to business call quality framework;
  • Team members to lead, inspire and support in order;
  • Identify any operational and regulatory risks, escalating as appropriate;
  • Answering customer calls;
  • Chasing customer details and information;
  • Ensure the service we offer our customers is to the highest standard;
  • Taking new and existing customers through the qualification process.

Requirements:

  • Flexible and adaptable;
  • Good telephone manner;
  • Previously worked in customer service/Answering phones;
  • A high standard of customer care and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage;
  • Willingness to learn with a ‘can-do’ attitude;
  • At least 12 months experience in a Customer Service role;
  • Strong knowledge of all Windows based technology;
  • You should be able to demonstrate a high level of detail consciousness, to obtain full repairs information and provide accurate diagnosis;
  • Good computer literacy – competent in the main Microsoft Office packages and Internet Explorer;
  • Flexible approach in terms of working hours;
  • Demonstrated ability in using communication applications such as telephony equipment;
  • Willing to get involved in order to increase the pace and achieve goals and objectives;
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills to an intermediate level;
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
