Responsibilities:

  • Working hard to ensure the team/department hit agreed SLAs;
  • Importing data to database;

  • Increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty by dealing with requests effectively and efficiently;

  • Answer all queries in a friendly, personal and professional manner;
  • Conveying accurate information confidently and clearly;
  • Handling all customer enquiries, queries and complaints while maximising customer satisfaction;
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
