Responsibilities:
- Working hard to ensure the team/department hit agreed SLAs;
- Importing data to database;
- Office administration duties – as noted above;

- Processing and checking of online orders;
- Work in close liaison with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders and externally with customers to facilitate for smooth running of all contracts;

- Ensuring all information inputted on to the system is done with high levels of accuracy and administration tasks are handled with care;
- Increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty by dealing with requests effectively and efficiently;
- Live chat with customers;
- Managing complaints and liaising with a number of stakeholders in the business to provide a timely solution;
- Answer all queries in a friendly, personal and professional manner;
- Conveying accurate information confidently and clearly;
- Handling all customer enquiries, queries and complaints while maximising customer satisfaction;
- Providing exceptional customer service.
