Our company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist (12 Month FTC) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Heavily customer focused and will require constant communication with a variety of key clients through various forms of communication methods;
  • Support the Account Managers helping with day to day duties;
  • To efficiently process bookings from clients and overseas agents on to the system;
  • Process import and export bookings received from customers and branches and coordinate these consignments with our partners;
  • Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure that customer expectations are met during the movement of cargo;
  • Provide operational support for the Account Managers when required and also take responsibility of customer accounts in absence of Account Managers.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school education or equivalent with ability to use Maths and English to an operational and professional standard;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
