Our company is looking for a Customer Service to join our team.


  • Completing Export Documentation for orders going overseas as necessary;
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times;
  • Responding to phone calls and e-mail enquiries;
  • Schedule and confirm works;
  • Working to deadlines and meeting targets;
  • Maximising opportunities by being aware of potential leads;
  • Full admin duties, including logging enquiries;
  • You will need to have good understanding or a keen interest in PC’s;
  • Administration and updating trackers;
  • Resolving customer queries or directing them to the relevant department effectively;
  • Making calls in a professional, courteous manner;
  • Provide reporting and forecasting to help the client understand how their account is performing;
  • Delivering excellent customer service and building relationships to ensure repeat business;
  • Delivering first class service at all times;
  • Dealing with high volume calls to recover debt.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Problem solving and continuous improvement approach;
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Experience within a Customer Service or Helpdesk environment would be ideal;
  • You must be able to work under pressure in this very busy and fast paced role;
  • Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of Windows 7 and 10;
  • Working to deadlines and meeting targets;
  • Responsible for effectively answering and logging customer queries related to Software;
  • You will need to have good understanding or a keen interest in PC’s;
  • Ability to escalate appropriate queries to Technical Support;
  • Experience in any form of customer service is essential;
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably gained from within FMCG;
  • Physical fitness as the role will involve lifting and shifting;
  • Good all-round administrative experience.
