Our company is looking for a Customer Support to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise customers based on SLAs;
  • Handle 1st line IT problems;
  • End of ticket customer service calls;
  • Update customers through tickets, over the phone and face to face;
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers;
  • Maximise the efficient use of the company computer system;
  • Updating the database;
  • Maintain close contact with customers and build up a rapport, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and customer loyalty;
  • Support Internal and External Sales Engineers;
  • Supporting mailshots and follow-ups;
  • Communicating with customers and T-T Staff;
  • Supporting order processing.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to complete external qualifications (you will not be required to pay for these);
  • Any qualifications in IT would be preferable e.g. BTEC, A-Level, Degree;
  • Great customer service skills;
  • An interest in a career in IT;
  • SalesForce experience a plus;
  • You’ll be comfortable upselling between our products to make sure the client has the right solution. Sales experience is a plus.
