Customer Support Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Support to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritise customers based on SLAs;
- Handle 1st line IT problems;
- End of ticket customer service calls;
- Update customers through tickets, over the phone and face to face;
- Building relationships with new and existing customers;
- Maximise the efficient use of the company computer system;
- Updating the database;
- Maintain close contact with customers and build up a rapport, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and customer loyalty;
- Support Internal and External Sales Engineers;
- Supporting mailshots and follow-ups;
- Communicating with customers and T-T Staff;
- Supporting order processing.
Requirements:
- Willingness to complete external qualifications (you will not be required to pay for these);
- Any qualifications in IT would be preferable e.g. BTEC, A-Level, Degree;
- Great customer service skills;
- An interest in a career in IT;
- SalesForce experience a plus;
- You’ll be comfortable upselling between our products to make sure the client has the right solution. Sales experience is a plus.
