ER Advisor Job Description Template

Our company is looking for a ER Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolving employee relationships enquiries and issues;
  • Ensure case management is efficient and effective and escalate to People Business partners as and where needed;
  • Managing escalated and complex cases as required;
  • Providing HR policy guidance;
  • Exceptional ER knowledge;
  • Providing regular updates on cases to the ER Manager;
  • Proactively supporting well-being initiatives;
  • Maintain case files ensuring these are kept up to date and are compliant;
  • Working within the ER Advisory team in the delivery of quality HR advisory service to a large, diverse population of employees and managers;
  • Promoting good employee relations across the organisation;
  • Ensuring that outcomes are driven from appraisals;
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and policies;
  • Responsible for all ER related quires and ensure the business is consist in implemented best practice procedures;
  • Report directly to the ER manager whilst providing regular updates on cases being managed;
  • Support on all well being initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within a retail would be beneficial;
  • Ideally Level 3 CIPD Qualified as a minimum;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to use own initiative;
  • Previous experience in handling ER case management within a fast paced environment;
  • Ability to deal with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
