Responsibilities:
- Develop best buying strategies whilst maintaining program, quality and budget;
- Generation of all enquiry and purchase order documentation;
- Support and provide cover for other members of the team as required;
- Close liaison and coordination with Production Control department;
- Identification and selection of suppliers including performance monitoring;
- Managing the items to order list to ensure all required items are procured in line with the demands of each project;
- Development of Purchase requisitions into Purchase orders (Stock);
- Expediting and tracking of all existing orders;
