Our company is looking for a German speaking Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the sales team in on-boarding new clients;
  • Developing knowledge in change management, market research and API technology;
  • Financial Reporting and Commentary on the Month end close;
  • Work to successfully close all assigned renewal opportunities;
  • Monitoring and chasing outstanding invoices;
  • Business Partnering with Senior stakeholders & Partners;
  • Assist with developing warranty database and websites;
  • Ensure that you are compliant with the firms’ procedures and compliance manuals;
  • Ensure integrity of customer and renewal data and track phone calls and emails in Salesforce;
  • Preparation of management accounts for the business including prepayments and accruals;
  • Assist in developing promotional material and ideas;
  • Budgeting;
  • Deal with the general day-to-day administration and management of the warranty database and websites;
  • Maintaining the Warranty Database with all current information contacts/quotes/dealer logs;
  • Liaise with claims engineers regarding dealer queries, repair issues, claims/appeals processes.

Requirements:

  • A passion for problem solving and interacting with clients;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience using excel and good analytical skills (ideally an A-grade Maths GCSE);
  • Market research or project management experience would be beneficial but is not necessary;
  • A 2:1 or above from a good university;
  • Good communicator, externally to customers, and internally around the team;
  • Polite and patient telephone manner;
  • Able to pick up systems quickly (e.g. stock management, trade accounts systems and the telephone system);
  • Be able to prioritise and organise own workload;
  • Be able to work under pressure and within deadlines when required;
  • Very good organisational skills;
  • Be able to liaise with colleagues and work supportively and jointly when appropriate;
  • Great attention to detail (taking payment, managing orders, communicating with customers, file management);
  • Leading, coaching and recruiting remote sales force;
  • Managing the sales team to deliver the business strategies and targets (including sales and profit).
