Our company is looking for a German speaking Customer Service Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality customer service;
  • Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet;
  • Be proactive in the area of Customer retention;
  • Receive incoming calls;
  • Assist with new customer’s enquiries;
  • Check order / return requests and that all information included proof of purchases are obtained;
  • Provide regular and timely updates to customers;
  • Manage the email database ensuring that a 24 hour response is achieved;
  • Create and update all workflows related to the position;
  • Manage customer service levels and customer satisfaction;
  • Learn about products and apply the right procedures and replacement products when processing requests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support or administration is a preference;
  • Ability to co-ordinate and resolve a variety of customer queries;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluency in German and English.
