Graduate Administrative Assistant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Graduate Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Allocating incoming leads to the appropriate Pipeline Executive;
- Liaising with customer funding team and chasing AML docs from brokers;
- Sending out decline emails to brokers;
- Chasing live contracts with brokers and reporting back to Pipeline Executive;
- Complete admin tasks to support the pipeline executive team;
- Covering the phone calls between busy periods;
- Attend Partnership events as a presentable, confident and valuable representative for the team;
- Chasing mandates and documents with brokers;
- Liaise with other departments to progress deals where necessary;
- Sending daily reports to partners advising on current deal statuses.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and self-management abilities;
- A 2.1 degree from university (preferably in a numerical subject);
- A proactive work ethic with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong numerical skills;
- Motivated self-starter;
- Previous experience in admin roles is desired but not essentially;
- An interest in the FinTech industry.
