Our company is looking for a HR Business Partner – 12 Month FTC to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance on development for business services teams;
  • Drive the delivery of a high quality HR advisory service to all business services teams;
  • Delivery of strategic initiatives as necessary;
  • Coach line managers in effective leadership strategies including tactical HR processes;
  • Work closely with the Gazprom Energy Finance team to support headcount and staff costs forecasting for the Gazprom Energy business;
  • Sickness absence management;
  • Deliver performance and annual salary review and bonus processes;
  • Provide project management support to monitoring delivery of the agreed Gazprom Energy People Plan (both local and group initiatives);
  • Provide analysis and insight on HR data and trends and make recommendations to stakeholders;
  • Support and advise managers on any people related issues pre and post contract;
  • Coach and mentor the people managers across the business ensuring they are confident and competent;
  • Provide support to the Senior Business Partner in delivering effective organisational change;
  • Act as the employment legal expert and provide timely advice on matters;
  • Act as a counsel to the business in all employee relations matters;
  • Translate strategy into actionable programmes, operations or activities.
