Responsibilities:
- Ensure robust recruitment and induction and an ongoing development programme is in place;
- Lead and coordinate HR improvement strategies and activities;
- Lead on assigned HR initiatives in line with HR strategy;
- Leading on TUPE following business acquisitions;
- Advise on and manage organisational change;
- Manage employee relations issues, educating the business to take accountability and manage risk;
- Working closely with the Management Team to ensure training needs are met through internal or external training;
- Build relationships with stakeholders and advise and coach on all people related matters;
- Support recruitment team with new employees on boarding from Job offer, contracts and inductions;
- Ensure successful roll out of people initiatives globally;
- Lead on change and transformation activity with a number of senior stakeholders;
- Coaching line managers on HR policies and procedures;
- Oversee the management of the end to end recruitment process for both permanent and temporary employees;
- Facilitate the delivery of performance and talent management processes; succession planning, key roles and individuals;
- Develop and implement HR strategy to support the business and hold employer of choice.
Requirements:
- Extensive ER / TUPE experience;
- Collaborative team player;
- Have the ability to continuously review and develop and look at improvements to the business;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong business and HR acumen, including ability to diagnose and analyse problems and drive appropriate solutions and business strategies;
- Degree qualified or equivalent, ideally CIPD qualified;
- Proficient user of Workday;
- Manages complex, challenging and/or difficult situations even during ambiguity;
- Experience of leading a large, global business unit through a technical and cultural transformation;
- Proven experience operating as an HRBP in highly matrixed, global business;
- Passionate about the HR service;
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities;
- A sound interest in business in general and the SWIFT business environment specifically;
- Experience of working in matrix structured organisations;
- CIPD.
