IFA Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a IFA Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Compiling preparation packs for client meetings;
- Producing detailed reports;
- Creating client portfolios;
- To produce accurate, regular and ad-hoc client valuation schedules, and input into Intelligent Office;
- Liaising with clients and answering queries, and chasing providers;
- Inputting data on internal systems ensuring the information is accurate and up to date;
- Presenting financial recommendations to Directors;
- Managing cash balances and cash movements;
- Working with the Investment committee;
- Recording fact find information;
- Fund switch processing;
- Provide quality administration and analytical support to planners and clients;
- Prepare valuation and suitability reports for existing clients;
- Downloading Financial Services Wealth Accounts and client valuations;
- Co-ordinating and carrying out post-meeting activities.
Requirements:
- Maintaining accuracy of client information and assisting with the on-going management of the client;
- Not Essential;
- Administration of both new and existing business, ensuring compliance and process procedures are followed;
- Interacting with clients in an efficient and professional manner;
- Must have previously worked in a similar role;
- Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook;
- Able to work as part of a team, or if required, under your own initiative;
- Able to work to deadlines;
- Able to forge and develop relationships;
- Willing to learn and develop;
- Must have a keen eye for detail;
- Work as part of a shift rota pattern of 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, 10am – 6pm;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Effective organisational and planning skills;
- Delivery focused, with a drive for quality throughout.
