Our company is looking for a Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining subscriptions from customers;
  • Receive call from existing customers and answer inquiries regarding their service packages;
  • Dealing with customer complaints;
  • Responding to customer enquiries;
  • Liaising internal and externally;
  • Deliver a world class customer service to our residential customers;
  • Contribute to team performance and operations targets;
  • Technical Support to get customers back online;
  • To carry out all administrative tasks and duties relating to the role- handle and respond to emails where required;
  • Ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to;
  • Logging information onto the computerised system;
  • Keep an accurate record of all customer details and other note taking data, into the data capture systems;
  • Provide each customer with the relevant information regarding products and services in a clear, non-misleading way;
  • Utilise skills and attempt to upsell at given opportunities during your call;
  • Adhere to quality and accuracy standards.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills;
  • Experience within an inbound/outbound customer service environment;
  • Financial Services experience;
  • Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline;
  • Any relevant experience (e.g. working in an office, customer service role, etc.);
  • Experience of a client facing role, comfortable dealing with clients directly;
  • Good telephone manner;
  • 1 year Customer service;
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products, FCA/DPA/GDPR;
  • Basic Computer literacy;
  • Basic knowledge of financial services;
  • Competent computer user; proficient with Microsoft Office and using in-house systems;
  • Experience of working in a customer service or contact centre environment.
