IT Assistant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a IT Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to IT issues that could be hardware or software related;
- Maintaining PCs, printers, telephones and credit card terminals, coordinating quarterly preventative maintenance;
- Assist in the preparation of any ad-hoc analysis, reports or services as requested by Corporate Office or the Senior Hotel Management;
- Working on the IT Help Desk supporting over 200 Users;
- Assist with out of hours support along with the entire IT team.
Requirements:
- Basic SharePoint & Exchange Online Administration;
- High Standard of Incident and Problem management;
- Desire to learn and develop skills and knowledge in a fast-changing digital landscape;
- Understanding of 3rd Party support models to track, manage and resolve issues;
- Basic Office 365 Administration.
