Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all necessary information is gathered in order to be able to direct the enquiry accordingly;
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring empathy at all times;
  • Liaising with lawyers and legal professionals;
  • Following up phone calls with emails and quotes;
  • Booking appointments;
  • Dealing with all inbound enquiries over the phone and email.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner;
  • Experience working within customer service / administrative environment;
  • Ability to work well within a team but also able to use own initiative;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • Legal experience is preferred but not a pre-requisite;
  • Ability to work well under pressure dealing with a high volume of calls;
  • Strong IT Skills.
