Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all necessary information is gathered in order to be able to direct the enquiry accordingly;
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring empathy at all times;
- Liaising with lawyers and legal professionals;
- Following up phone calls with emails and quotes;
- Booking appointments;
- Dealing with all inbound enquiries over the phone and email.
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Experience working within customer service / administrative environment;
- Ability to work well within a team but also able to use own initiative;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Legal experience is preferred but not a pre-requisite;
- Ability to work well under pressure dealing with a high volume of calls;
- Strong IT Skills.
