Our company is looking for a Legal Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting documentation and providing administrative support to the conveyancers;
- Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented;
- Where possible, identify process improvements;
- Identify and take ownership of potential problems, reporting the problem to your Team Leader;
- Input into the design of the software is also a possibility;
- Inputting information into the case management system;
- Liaising with clients and courts;
- Work towards the achievement of monthly completions targets whilst maintaining high quality standards;
- Billing and completing of transactions;
- Providing an after sales service care to clients;
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills;
- Processing invoices and schedules of costs;
- Telephone liaison with the client, borrowers and other external institutions;
- Filing and serving court documents;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
