Our company is looking for a Legal Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting documentation and providing administrative support to the conveyancers;
  • Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented;
  • Where possible, identify process improvements;
  • Identify and take ownership of potential problems, reporting the problem to your Team Leader;
  • Input into the design of the software is also a possibility;
  • Inputting information into the case management system;
  • Liaising with clients and courts;
  • Work towards the achievement of monthly completions targets whilst maintaining high quality standards;
  • Billing and completing of transactions;
  • Providing an after sales service care to clients;
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills;
  • Processing invoices and schedules of costs;
  • Telephone liaison with the client, borrowers and other external institutions;
  • Filing and serving court documents;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
