Our company is looking for a Legal PA to join our team.


  • Manning of telephone system/lunchtime cover;
  • Preparation of presentations;
  • Typing up all types of documents/letters/emails/deeds/lasting powers of attorney/client invoices;
  • Organising meetings, travel arrangements etc;
  • Complex document production and amendments;
  • Cheque requisitions;
  • Fast and accurate typing;
  • Maintaining external legal counsel database;
  • Undertaking all client filing management and archiving tasks;
  • Document production skills;
  • Arranging training needs for the Group’s company structure database as necessary;
  • Assistance with KYC queries when required and running background checks – cover for the part-time compliance administrator;
  • Arranging notarisation and legalisation of documentation for overseas purposes;
  • Opening and closing client files in line with Real Estate and Firm policies;
  • Preparing Court documents.


  • A real muck in attitude with the ability to juggle multiple tasks;
  • Flexibility;
  • Degree calibre or equivalent;
  • Accurate typing;
  • Experience managing legal documentation is advantageous;
  • Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent verbal and written;
  • 2+ legal PA experience;
  • Arranging appointments and meetings;
  • Progress client matters;
  • Experience in working in a Family, Private client or Property department;
  • Operating the firms Case Management System;
  • diary management;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
