- General administration including file management in accordance with Lexcel procedures such as opening and closing files;
- Audio and copy typing of correspondence and documents;
- Telephone contact with Clients, Solicitors, Agents and other professional bodies;
- Arranging meetings and appointments with Clients and other professional bodies on the telephone, by email or in person;
- General secretarial support.
