Multi-site HR Advisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Multi-site HR Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- 360 recruitment support (On-boarding / HR Inductions);
- Retention & employee engagement;
- HR Admin being responsible for ensuring full accuracy of any HR correspondence;
- Various HR projects;
- Support training;
- Employee Relations; liaise /advise on disciplinaries/ grievances, ensure accuracy of documentation provided;
- Visiting head office twice a week;
- Visiting the other site twice a week to support and guide.
Requirements:
- HR generalist experience including end to end ER experience;
- HR Admin (have been responsible for accurate HR correspondence);
- Drive and have a car;
- Experience of working in a fast-paced blue-collar environment;
- Ideally studying towards CIPD;
- Proven attention to detail /strong organisational skills;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop excellent cross functional relationships.
