  • Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the business;
  • Carrying out stock-takes and audits in the warehouse;
  • Supporting the everyday functions of the warehouse team;
  • Assisting site workers with queries;
  • Arranging flights and hotels for staff and operatives;
  • Ensuring legislative compliance of new products;
  • Collating and checking Risk Assessments, RAMs, Method Statements and H&S documents;
  • You will be actively involved with supporting all global operations;
  • Assistance with the preparation of flight tickets and travel documentation;
  • Using Smartpoint for scheduled flying and issuing groups/flight tickets;
  • Admin officer – HR and Legal administration;
  • PAT testing – training course provided;
  • Confirming bookings on low cost carriers and reconciling costs for accounts;
  • Ability to drive School vehicles including the Luton tailgate van;
  • Produce quotes for both new and existing customers.


  • Experience using Xero is also desirable but not essential;
  • Show a passion for social media;
  • Deal with client enquiries in a warm, professional manner;
  • Aspire to become a valuable team member taking the brand forward;
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and projects;
  • Admin officer – HR and Legal administration;
  • Computer literate – competent with MS Office – Excel, Word and Apple with ability to learn new programs quickly;
  • Supply to different departments the requested cleaning products from central stores area;
  • Being that real go to person in the office;
  • Clean driving license, 20+ years old for insurance;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Ability to drive School vehicles including the Luton tailgate van;
  • HR – preparing contracts, assisting with on boarding, monitoring leave etc;
  • Physically active – moving and handling of equipment required;
  • A mature and switched on attitude.
