Our company is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Checking and responding to emails and queries;
- Managing schedule for meetings and conference rooms;
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and employees;
- Ensuring a warm and welcoming greeting for all visitors;
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring sign in/out book and issuing visitor badges;
- Providing support to the Office Manager on an ad-hoc basis;
- Arranging couriers and taxis;
- Security system management;
- Client admin and secretarial requests;
- To effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
- Meeting and greeting clients in reception. Ensuring clients receive VIP treatment;
- Advising patients of Practice procedures;

- Making appointments and giving out appointment cards, where required;
- Reservation of meeting rooms on a computerised meeting room booking system.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years administrative or reception experience;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Enthusiasm and is ready to take on a variety of reception duties;
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Results driven and process oriented;
- Is a team player – able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets;
- Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands;
