Private PA Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Private PA to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Diary Management;
- Office and residential property management;
- Other ad hoc administrative duties;
- Bookkeeping – data entry using spreadsheets;
- Liaising with interior designers;
- Extensive, frequent travel management, including international travel;
- Organisation of private events;
- Booking restaurants;
- Managing the many UK based properties – both commercial and private;
- Booking of family holidays and travel;
- Shopping on the Principal’s behalf;
- To pre book all personal appointments for the Principal;
- Office support with answering phones, sending letters, ordering stationery;
- Liaising with the principle’s children;
- Running errands.
Requirements:
- Advanced computer literacy;
- The ability to always think proactively and plan well ahead, minimising impact on the Principal;
- Great attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels;
- Ability to anticipate needs before they arise and to intercept any issues quickly;
- The ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters;
- Confident and able to work on own initiative and with limited supervision and to be extremely thorough when preparing information;
- The ability to develop and maintain great working relationships with all levels on behalf of the Principal;
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, verbal and written;
- A real understanding of how to manage a Principal’s busy and complex schedule with an intense level of both business and personal commitments;
- To understand the sensitivity of a high profile support role and to maintain absolute confidentiality at all times.
