Our company is looking for a Quality Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administering and maintaining a system for retained sample receipt and storage;
  • Investigating issues that arise at third party manufacturers,
  • Ensure the on-going acceptability of suppliers by measuring and reporting their performance;
  • Authorising investigations and subsequent corrective actions associated with customer complaints;
  • Administering the receipt and processing of complaints;
  • Supporting technical administration requirements of retail customers;
  • Coordinating the process of batch approval of third party products;
  • Overseeing and maintaining the processing of documentation within the electronic documentation management system.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills;
  • A relevant degree level qualification or equivalent in chemistry/pharmacy/biology;
  • Knowledge of EU GMP;
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis;
  • Risk analysis experience;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks;
  • Internal/External auditing experience;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • Previous experience in a quality driven environment would be an advantage.
