Quality Officer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Quality Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Administering and maintaining a system for retained sample receipt and storage;
- Investigating issues that arise at third party manufacturers,
- Ensure the on-going acceptability of suppliers by measuring and reporting their performance;
- Authorising investigations and subsequent corrective actions associated with customer complaints;
- Administering the receipt and processing of complaints;
- Supporting technical administration requirements of retail customers;
- Coordinating the process of batch approval of third party products;
- Overseeing and maintaining the processing of documentation within the electronic documentation management system.
Requirements:
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills;
- A relevant degree level qualification or equivalent in chemistry/pharmacy/biology;
- Knowledge of EU GMP;
- Ability to perform root cause analysis;
- Risk analysis experience;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks;
- Internal/External auditing experience;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Previous experience in a quality driven environment would be an advantage.
