Our company is looking for a Resourcing Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and deploying Team meetings;
  • Document Management;
  • Process flow creation;
  • Updating Resourcing Management System;
  • Managing Microsoft Teams Site;
  • Presentation Building;
  • Scheduling and meeting management;
  • Supporting the LHC’s and the HR Admin team with on-boarding of new applicants both within the UK and overseas;
  • In conjunction with the Resource Manager you will co-ordinate and implement the appropriate resources in support of meetings and appointments;
  • Administer the recruitment process including monitoring the recruitment inbox;
  • To be the point of contact for all application enquires internal and external;
  • The role involves assisting with the coordination and allocation of resources of placements/projects/programmes of service users;
  • Maintaining a tracker spreadsheet of all advertised posts internal and external and generating and issuing the internal weekly ‘Vacancy Bulletin’;
  • The role requires effective communication over the telephone with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation;
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office and Sage;
  • Experience of working within the healthcare/laboratory industry would be an advantage but is not essential;
  • 2+ years customer service experience;
  • Flexible approach to working within a fast-paced service environment;
  • Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate where required;
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritise;
  • The ability to work in a team and individually;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Organisational skills;
  • High level of communication skills;
  • Enthusiasm and motivation for the job.
