Responsibilities:

  • Creatively updating all social media platforms with posts, offers and advertisements daily;
  • Assisting the wholesale division with the accurate entry of sales orders onto the internal order management system;
  • Maintaining and updating customer accounts and product records;
  • Liaising with the logistics department to ensure all online orders are dispatched correctly;
  • Ensuring all listings are active and that stock is allocated to each listing accordingly;
  • Manage the input and development of new listings across all online platforms;
  • Communicating professionally with customers over email and phone addressing any queries or resolving any issues;
  • Monitoring the impact of other online sellers on the listings;
  • Supplying wholesale customers with the requested information in various required formats.
