Secretary/PA Job Description Template

Our company is looking for a Secretary/PA to join our team.


  • Inbox management;
  • Preparing documents for meetings;
  • Screening calls;
  • Assist with the billing process, raising fees and running reports;
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations;
  • Booking UK based travel;
  • Proof reading documents and ensuring all documentation complies with the firm’s corporate image policy;
  • Diary management. Booking internal and external meetings, conference calls etc;
  • Updating the client contact database;
  • Assist with client’s accounts – preparation and submission of payment instructions;
  • Processing expenses;
  • Preparing proposal documents and/or tenders;
  • Filing.


  • Excellent in typing skills (60 wpm);
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook;
  • Manage all administrative duties;
  • Good audio experience;
  • To be approachable with an ability to maintain and nurture working relationships with colleagues and outside agencies;
  • Extremely organised. (Particularly with diary Appointments);
  • Willing to learn the housing development industry, if not already known;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good clear spoken and written English;
  • Must be reliable and dependable, with a positive attitude.
