Our company is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly reconciliation of KPI margin data to the ledger and accurate tracking of non KPI margin;
  • Business partnering to sales directors;
  • Play a key role within finance for various projects, coordinating with Commercial teams and Group Finance to ensure tight deadlines are adhered to;
  • Balance sheet reconciliations, monthly budget and forecasting;
  • Business partnering with region heads and developing external and internal stakeholder relationships;
  • Manage and deliver monthly performance reports;
  • Lead the process for budgets and forecasts in line with business strategy and targets;
  • Ensure the right structures, governance and measures are in place;
  • Responsibility will cover the 3 operating sites with 3 or 4 professional accountants reporting to the role along with clerical support;
  • To ensure targets are communicated, understood and reviewed and analysed frequently;
  • To develop, implement and manage a cost control framework for all of the site operations cost lines;
  • Act as key interface with US parent company providing detailed reports for any information requests;
  • Develop and deliver an exceptional business partner service to key operational stakeholders;
  • To develop the budgeting/forecasting processes and ensure numbers are jointly owned by the senior management team;
  • To analyse and interpret monthly performance and highlight and get to the bottom of issues and opportunities as and when they arise.

Requirements:

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA equivalent Restaurant or Hospitality experience;
  • Preparing and producing monthly management accounts and presenting to senior leaders;
  • Qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent);
  • Be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards;
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA or QBE;
  • Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with several years post qualification experience;
  • Experience using different IT systems e.g. Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase would be beneficial;
  • Strategic Planning;
  • Strong technical accounting ability;
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, team player with a flexible approach;
  • Prior of experience of working within a contracts / tender driven business environment will be beneficial;
  • Ability to work under pressure autonomously whilst adhering to strict deadliness;
