Service Delivery Assistant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Service Delivery Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and contribute to local authority NEG training sessions;
- Adhere to organisational policies and procedures inclusive of the COR process;
- Co-ordinate the monthly invoice run and encourage the use of the parent portal to view statements and invoices;
- Make effective and efficient use of systems and contribute suggestions and ideas on how to improve system performance;
- Proactively support managers when offering new nursery places, selling extra sessions and managing changes in booking patterns;
- Support manager with any additional client administrative tasks, including writing monthly and quarterly client reports;
- Attend and contribute to Quarterly Service Delivery assistant meetings;
- Lead and manage back up care bookings and enquiries;
- Support parents with financial queries or concerns, offering solutions where possible;

Requirements:
- Level 2 qualification in Business Administration;
- Genuine desire and passion for ongoing learning and development;
- Strong computer skills to manage daily responsibilities – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data Entry;
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
- Self-starter and someone who has attention to detail;
- Ability to interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner: ability to listen effectively and take prompt action to address concerns;
