Our company is looking for a Stock Controller & Office Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone based support for branch/customer/supplier queries;
  • When necessary assisting with repatriation of stock;
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) plus training will be given on in-house system;
  • Willingness to gain product knowledge to assist in accuracy of operations;
  • Diligence and individual discipline to work for periods of time unsupervised;
  • Attention to detail required in particular with regard numeracy;
  • Provide support for branch stock discrepancies whether caused by system or procedural errors;
  • Manage branch/customer direct delivery requests;
  • Teamwork to enable overall compliance with team goals;
  • Warehouse – Carry out stock counts and investigations;
  • Liaise with customers and/or their vet to obtain new prescriptions as necessary;
  • Manage orders from creation, through delivery including the management of discrepancies, supersession and price changes;
  • Daily and monthly stock reconciliation;
  • Manage archiving of documentation and retrieval for audit purposes;
  • Create supplier stock purchase orders based on system generated order lists.

Requirements:
