Stock Supervisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Stock Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure, where feasible, in conjunction with operations, that cross-offs are kept to a minimum;
- Manage the daily slot count audit and strive for continual improvement in this area;
- Ensure KPI targets are maintained – taking appropriate action to attain compliance;
- Supervise the rework operation from a stock controlling stand point and ensure stock is ready to be reworked at the time when needed;
- Strive for continual improvement in this area with US teams;
- Work with operational staff to ensure that all audit checks are completed prior to the count;
- Liaise with management and operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads;
- Ensure all quarantine hold and release requests are actioned within the two hour time frame stipulated by the quality team;
- Ensure that all anomalies identified during the count are re-checked for accuracy;
- Monitor and report designated KPI’s;
- DMR process followed to ensure 100% correct information at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent problem solving skills and tenacity;
- Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail;
- Able to manage their own time to achieve daily targets;
- Able to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of on-site SAP and PkMS systems;
- Should demonstrate the drive and desire to progress;
- Must be a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative;
- Excellent communication skills.
