- Filing of documents;
- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries;
- Ensuring all follow up appointments have been arranged;
- Obtaining investigations results;
- Audio transcription of clinic letters, medical reports, operation notes.
- Previous experience as audio typist;
- Good telephone manner;
- RSA II or equivalent qualification in Audio typing/word processing or equivalent experience;
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills;
- Able to function efficiently under pressure and able to meet strict deadlines.
