Team Assistant/Secretary Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Team Assistant/Secretary to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collate and despatch client reports;
- Collate and check completeness of client onboarding and periodic review documentation;
- Process client information updates;
- Handle client service and administration queries and calls;
- Support the client onboarding and suitability processes by liaising with other departments;
- Validate payment/internal transfer instructions and create payment/internal transfer requests;
- Provide assistance to senior professionals by managing their diary, travel, expenses, gifts and entertainment;
- Prepare meeting packs and presentation documents.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a client service environment;
- IT literate with good Microsoft Office skills, with intermediate to advance level on Excel;
- Able to work under pressure, with the ability to prioritise;
- Keen to gain knowledge of financial services or wealth management;
- Very good level of education;
- Organised with high attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience of working in a team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
