Our company is looking for a Team Assistant/Secretary to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collate and despatch client reports;
  • Collate and check completeness of client onboarding and periodic review documentation;
  • Process client information updates;
  • Handle client service and administration queries and calls;
  • Support the client onboarding and suitability processes by liaising with other departments;
  • Validate payment/internal transfer instructions and create payment/internal transfer requests;
  • Provide assistance to senior professionals by managing their diary, travel, expenses, gifts and entertainment;
  • Prepare meeting packs and presentation documents.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a client service environment;
  • IT literate with good Microsoft Office skills, with intermediate to advance level on Excel;
  • Able to work under pressure, with the ability to prioritise;
  • Keen to gain knowledge of financial services or wealth management;
  • Very good level of education;
  • Organised with high attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience of working in a team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
