Our company is looking for a Team Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Medication compliance checks;
  • Direct observations of staff practice;
  • Leading on the day to day running of the service;
  • To create, review and update service user care plans and risk assessments;
  • Ensuring that we provide reliable, consistent, high quality care which meets internal, commissioner and CQC quality standards;
  • Pre and post inspecting works, including undertaking pre-termination inspections;
  • Being a role model for our values, behaviours and ways of working;
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities keeping CRM up to date;
  • Ensure optimum product gradeouts and complete accurately all relevant production documentation during the full shift length;
  • Manage workload across the team;
  • Supervision of staff in the safe and efficient operation;
  • Ensuring compliance and accuracy;
  • Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own;
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients to maximize Servcorp’s commercial performance;
  • Ensuring all works are being completed within set deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually;
  • Positive;
  • People management;
  • Hold or be willing to work towards Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Adults);
  • Vision and the desire for continuous improvement;
  • At least minimum experience as a Line Leader in a packhouse;
  • Minimum of two years of Supervisory experience in a customer service environment;
  • Caring nature;
  • Maintain skills and keep up to date with clinical developments and best practice in areas relevant to care delivery in the home;
  • Be responsible for the care and protection of residents’ property;
  • Experience of working to targets and deadlines;
  • Good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (Ciel experience preferable);
  • Ability to manage a small budget (FTEs, overtime);
  • Professional appearance and demeanor;
  • To maintain standards of infection control within the home and to assist residents to maintain their own infection control needs.
