Our company is looking for a Telemarketer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Have a good understanding of the business and the services provided;
  • Asking questions to understand customers’ needs;
  • Learn and understand a wide variety of markets;
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and leads generated from exhibitions;
  • Liaising with clients on a regular basis via telephone and email;
  • Building relationships over the phone to gain market information;
  • Generating appointments for field sales team;
  • Gather and confirm contact details of key personnel;
  • Ensure you email and communicate with external clients when you say you will;
  • Achieve your appointment setting target;
  • Maintaining an accurate database and updating the CRM;
  • Working with BDM to achieve daily targets of outbound calls;
  • Understanding new client briefs;
  • Ensure all calls meet our qualifying criteria;
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English;
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Persistent and results-oriented;
  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
