Our company is looking for a Temporary Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in a busy Customer Service team;
  • Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries;
  • Interacts with directors and carries out their requests;
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed;
  • You will need to be confident and assertive and able to deal with people at all levels;
  • Working with the Office Manager and team coordinators to provide administrative support to the department;
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Keeping information and data up to date and organised;
  • Record and maintain all information and resolving queries within set timescales;
  • Assisting the Office Manager with the full staff recruitment processes from development of job description to induction;
  • Contract: Temp;
  • Gaining references for candidates and ensuring they have up to date DBS checks;
  • Registering PV systems with suppliers for (Feed in Tariff & smart export guarantee schemes), training will be provided;
  • Taking high volumes of calls and answering any queries and questions;
  • Processing orders.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure;

  • Great verbal and written communication;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once;
  • Able to work to deadlines in a busy environment;
  • Fast and accurate typing;
  • Able to work confidentially;
  • Excellent attention to detail skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Effective and confident communicator;
  • Excellent communications skills including written and verbal;
  • Previous administration experience;
  • Ability to work to deadlines;
  • Basic to advance knowledge of using Excel, outlook and other MS office software;
  • Previous Administration experience desirable.
