Our company is looking for a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Purchase ledger duties;
  • Able to offer support;
  • Assisting with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts;
  • Assisting with Payroll duties;
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations;
  • Assisting with Daily Payment Reconciliations;
  • Assisting with Month End processes;
  • Adhoc tasks and project work;
  • Accounts payable and receivable maintenance and analysis;
  • Perpare and post jorunal entries for accruals, prepayments and other accounting entries across both businesses;
  • Assisting with month end;
  • Banking;
  • Sales and purchase ledger;
  • Admin duties where required;
  • Posting Transactions to SAP.

Requirements:

  • Accounting and Finance degree desirable;
  • ACCA/AAT Studier;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Previous experience desirable;
  • Team Player;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Quick learner;
  • Good Excel skills;
  • Acts with professional integrity and honesty to deliver a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Can use own initiative;
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
