Responsibilities:
- Purchase ledger duties;
- Able to offer support;
- Assisting with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts;
- Assisting with Payroll duties;
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations;
- Assisting with Daily Payment Reconciliations;
- Assisting with Month End processes;
- Adhoc tasks and project work;
- Accounts payable and receivable maintenance and analysis;
- Perpare and post jorunal entries for accruals, prepayments and other accounting entries across both businesses;
- Assisting with month end;
- Banking;
- Sales and purchase ledger;
- Admin duties where required;
- Posting Transactions to SAP.
Requirements:
- Accounting and Finance degree desirable;
- ACCA/AAT Studier;
- Good communication skills;
- Previous experience desirable;
- Team Player;
- Able to work independently;
- Quick learner;
- Good Excel skills;
- Acts with professional integrity and honesty to deliver a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders;
- Can use own initiative;
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
