Our company is looking for a UK Customer Success Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • You can support in event organisation and participation as well as handling client calls and meetings;
  • You adhere to zeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures. You complete all the awareness trainings assigned on time;
  • Your core responsibility is to understand the client needs, goals, and requirements;
  • Orchestrate overall relationship with assigned clients including growing adoption, ensuring retention and defining value;
  • Facilitate executive-level engagements such as value assessment and realization, product strategy and executive briefing workshops;
  • Ensure client referenceability to support the Sales organization in the prospect closing processes;
  • Know the market and maintain a good knowledge of all key competitors;
  • Be responsible for renewal, health and risk forecasting and reporting on your client portfolio;
  • Develop strategic account plans based on short-, mid- and long-term actions to grow the client relationship;
  • Provide feedback and insight to help evolve the Customer Success approach and offerings.

Requirements:

  • You are able to very quickly adapt to changing circumstances;
  • You are a big fan of high-speed execution and understand that getting your hands dirty is the absolute minimum;
  • Based on extreme ambition and drive, it is a no-brainer for you to act pro-actively and independently in an organized and meticulous fashion;
  • Data, mobile advertising and/or SaaS platform knowledge is a big plus;
  • You understand client needs, goals and requirements;
  • Your English is on a native level;
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital, programmatic, data products or comparable SaaS solutions to brands and agencies, trading desks are a plus;
  • You have very strong and convincing communication & analytical skills that you can adjust to different hierarchy levels;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, related major, or comparable education and work experience;
  • Understanding of DevOps, Test Data Management, Agile, CI/CD;
  • History of success as a customer success manager, consultant, pre-sales, technical account management or equivalent;
  • Up to 30% travel is possible, but less is generally anticipated;
  • Experience working in a development, testing or data management environment;
  • Must work within a team environment with sales, field services and delivery teams;
  • Track record of leading technical conversations and persuading others to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutions.
