Our company is looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our team.


  • You will be responsible for recovering the cost of any work covered by insurance, guarantee or warranty;
  • Making claims from the manufacturer in line with the company and manufacturers policy;
  • Assessing the validity of all warranty claims;
  • Download, crop and upload relevant images for the claim;
  • Monitor all claims and prepare management reports when required;
  • Liaise over email and telephone with manufacturers;
  • Ensure each claim adheres to the specific manufacturer’s requirements and procedures;
  • Responsible for checking payment and credit have been received, downloaded and uploaded to the system;
  • Communicate daily with the Service Managers and Technicians;
  • Preparing invoices, submitting all supporting documents to the manufacturer within specified deadlines;
  • Job card preparation;
  • Responsible for communicating with manufacturers, securing replacement parts and repairs for defective merchandise;
  • Efficiently review and process warranty claims;
  • Ensure claim legitimacy and adherence to warranty agreements and company policy;
  • Keeping accounting of transactions.


  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
  • Complete regular and documented self-auditing;
  • Experience working in a busy process driven administration role with a strong attention to detail;
  • Can ensure all warranty procedures are carried out in line with manufacturer processes;
  • Experience working with Ibcos Gold system would be an advantage. Full training will be provided;
  • Competent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Office);
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Full driving licence;
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets;
  • Previous experience in the Agricultural, automotive, HGV or Plant Machinery Industry is preferred;
  • Both written and verbal communication;
  • 18 months experience minimum working as a main dealer warranty admin or service admin;
  • Superb Organisational and Interpersonal skills;
  • Good Knowledge of the Kerridge System;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
