Our company is looking for a Facilities Manager – Vauxhall to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting site inspections;
- Overseeing external contractors and property maintenance;
- Ensuring H&S regulations are adhered to;
- Monitoring and signing off works after checks;
- Managing M&E systems;
- Managing staff and handling relevant employment-related issues;
- Building strong relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors;
- Managing permit to work process;
- Complaints management.
Requirements:
- IOSH / NEBOSH highly desirable;
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety;
- Ideally degree or equivalent;
- Experience of managing staff;
- Electrical or mechanical background;
- Legionella and SPA management experience advantageous;
- Understanding of BMS;
- Great customer service skills and focus.
