  • Excellent time management;
  • Experience of using modern British cooking styles;
  • Creative;
  • Passionate about producing high-quality cuisine;
  • Passionate about producing good food;
  • A stable CV with 5 years reference history;
  • Understanding financials and GP;
  • Previous role as Head Chef in a similar environment;
  • Team Player;
  • Minimum 2 Rosette background.
