- Pricing menus understanding GP and profit margins;
- Hands on in the kitchen, cooking with fresh ingredients;
- Kitchen and staff management;
- Head Chef reporting directly to the GM;
- Staff Appraisals;
- Implementing new ideas to drive business and kitchen profitability.
Requirements:
- Motivated with the ability to motivate others;
- Good business acumen;
- Excellent time management;
- Experience of using modern British cooking styles;
- Creative;
- Passionate about producing high-quality cuisine;
- Passionate about producing good food;
- A stable CV with 5 years reference history;
- Understanding financials and GP;
- Previous role as Head Chef in a similar environment;
- Team Player;
- Minimum 2 Rosette background.
