Our company is looking for a Internal Quality Assurer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and facilitate appropriate Standardisation activities and liaise with management for additional coaching and training activities when required;
  • Ensure all appropriate paperwork, documents, online systems are utilised efficiently and stored in a safe and secure manner in accordance with GDPR;
  • Any other duty which, from time to time, may reasonably be required to meet the needs of the TCHC Group;
  • Support the implementation on the Apprenticeship Standards including End Point Assessment (EPA);
  • Monitor and amend progress indicators as required and provide Trainer and Assessor/Learning Coaches evaluations to support Performance Management;
  • Carry out and record appropriate Formative/Summative IQA duties according to the QA strategy;
  • Attend External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits as required and follow up on any actions and recommendations to achieve/maintain Direct Claim Status;
  • Compile and maintain IQA Sampling Plans to cover all Trainers and Assessors/Learning Coaches and Qualifications;
  • Provide all requested reports to inform the Head of Quality Assurance and other Senior Managers and Directors of IQA activity;
  • Sharing operational best practice resources with the wider team to bring about continuous improvement and knowledge sharing;
  • If applicable, maintaining SDS Good and supporting initiatives and best practice methodology in the pursuance of SDS Very Good/Excellent;
  • Ensuring all quality standards are met across vocational areas to maximise timely and overall success rates;
  • Compliance of organisational, Awarding Organisation, End Point Assessment Organisations and other regulatory bodies’ requirements and processes;
  • Maintaining Ofsted Grade 2 and supporting initiatives and best practice methodology in the pursuance of Ofsted Grade 1.

  • Health & Social Care up to Level 5;
  • Employability Level 1;
  • Warehousing up to Level 3;
  • ILM Leadership and Management up to Level 5;
  • BIT qualifications;
  • BCS qualifications;
  • Customer Service up to Level 3;
  • Social Media Level 1;
  • Understanding Enterprise Level 1;
  • Retail up to Level 2;
  • Functional skills Level 2 Maths, English, ICT.
