Responsibilities:
- Painting;
- Silk Screening;
- Masking;
- Good knowledge of the mechanics and repair of painting equipment;
- Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout facility;
- Operate all coating equipment;
- Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects;
- Load and unload parts or product onto fixtures;
- Proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment;
- Prepare parts for coating.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail;
- Able to work in a fast paced environment;
- Strong background in powder coating and industrial painting;
- Demonstrate ability to work independently without daily supervision;
- Worked as a Skilled Powder Coater;
