- Creating and delivering detailed presentations to small and large groups;
- Using a consultative approach to educate buyers on the advantages of Reward Gateway solutions;
- Selling complex HR solutions to corporate and enterprise businesses;
- Generating 100% new business along with working a mixture of inbound leads and warm leads passed from SDR team;
- Creation of bespoke proposals, tenders and business case documents, demonstrating RG’s solution and ROI;
- Uncovering and qualifying company and HR challenges and objectives.
Requirements:
- Extracting pains, challenges and objectives in a qualification processNegotiating commercials with senior C-level executives;
- Experience of working in a consultative and solution based sales role;
- Selling long term and high value contracts;
- Presenting solutions to C-Level decision makers;
- Managing long and complex sales processes;
- Preparing and writing tenders, RFP’s and written sales documents;
- Strong influencing skills – the ability to challenge a customer’s way of thinking;
- Experience of selling HR tech solutions to corporate and enterprise businesses.
