Financial Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Financial Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing R&D claim financial calculations and liaising with both internal and external tax teams to ensure tax returns;
- Identifying qualifying R&D projects and expenditure through participation in technical and financial discussions with clients.
Requirements:
- Technical/product knowledge and effective communication of wide-ranging financial planning strategies and solutions;
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long term client relationships;
- QCF Level 4 or equivalent, preferably from a commercial background;
- Ability to understand and communicate advice practices and processes clearly and effectively;
- Proven track record through successful past performance in similar roles;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- A recognised Tax/accountancy qualification ( ACA, CTA, ATT) or at least part qualified;
- Proven experience of managing several projects simultaneously and clients’ expectations with a track record of meeting deadlines.
