Our company is looking for a Graduate Technical Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
- point of contact regarding products for clients via email and telephone regarding technical requirements and product information;
- Liaison with other departments regarding client needs;
- attending client sites where necessary (UK wide/Ireland) could involve European travel;
- Commercial awareness.
Requirements:
- Full clean UK Driving License;
- Active user of all Microsoft office apps;
- HND/ HNC or similar in an Engineering / packaging environment;
- Based in a Commutable Distance from Solihull;
- Experience in customer site technical engineering support;
- Previous experience working within a Service / Technical role is desirable;
- AutoCAD skills desirable.
