Head of Retail Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Head of Retail to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with an analyst to support you on identifying these acquisitions, analyse initiatives and market research;
- Drive the acquisitions of individual asset transactions or a portfolio of assets;
- Assist in the asset management of their existing portfolio and lead the strategic management on new acquisitions;
- Full P&L responsibility;
- HR Responsibility for managers;
- Completing audits to make sure the site is adhering to franchise standards;
- Ensuring appropriate marketing, auditing and strategy is in place;
- Responsibility for all stock;
- Managing direct report.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified and Member of RICS;
- Professional real estate experience within the retail/shopping centre market;
- Excellent knowledge of the retail market and good tenant relationships;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Asset Management;
- Proven Acquisition/Investment/Asset Management/Agency experience;
