Our company is looking for a Inside Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Continue to build on your already deep and strong core Blockchain and Capital Markets Industry knowledge;
  • Identify new business opportunities;
  • Build relationships with your Inside and Field Sales counterparts;
  • Point of contact for the team and other associates when line manager is not around regarding any telemarketing activity;
  • Building standard work for the telemarketing team;
  • Generate new customers;
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the field sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans;
  • Managing the existing funnel of marketing opportunities with the ASMs;
  • Gaining leads for new business via outbound activity, target at 1 lead per day;
  • Building relationships with existing accounts;
  • Assisting with guiding the teams daily activity to ensure productivity;
  • Plan your diary to attend site visits to follow up your leads;
  • Training new starters both by side-by-side coaching, and putting together dedicated tele lead gen training course and leading these;
  • Develop and nurture sales leads to achieve lead generation and sales pipeline objectives;
  • Provide ongoing support to outside sales team with a focus on identifying business opportunities within existing and potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Masters MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches;
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base;
  • Understanding of core theories around Working Capital Management, Tech Ventures, Financial Innovation(FinTech) and Entrepreneurial Finance;
  • Being Corda certified a significant advantage;
  • Strong academics including a Bachelor’s of science degree in Business and or finance at 2.1 or above / or equivalent;
  • Must be prepared for extensive travel;
  • Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • High negation and communication skills.
